We exist to improve lives of craftspeople, children, and communities in Africa. We wish to help improve the lives of our customers and communities locally and nationally. Your purchases help to provide medical care to the Kapembwa Village in Zambia who have no access to care without our support. Your purchases from African Inspiration help to pay for the costs of medical supplies and medication.

My Story
The sights, sounds, and regalia drew me closer to home.
We started a few years ago after attending a Kwanzaa event. There I saw African vendors and dancers and musicians and various forms of artwork and I became fascinated by the authenticity of everyone and everything involved. So I decided to do more research on the African culture and from there a desire raised within me to provide the best of African handcrafted products. I am proud to both offer these products and be a consumer as well.

If you are unhappy with anything you order for any reason, you can return your item(s)
for a full refund or exchange whichever you choose. I'll return to must be undamaged and return within 30 days of your purchase for a complete refund, no returns for use or open personal care items. Clothing must not be soiled or laundered. We do not pay shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Free shipping is provided with any order of $75 or more (except for oversized items)within the US.
* International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Delivery: Make your order before 12:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on any normal shipping day and your order will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped on the following business day. Post office shipments must be placed before 10:00 a.m. for same day shipping extra large orders may require an extra day to ship.
Shipping Policies: all orders are sent on the same or following business day that they are received. Unless otherwise requested, your order will be sent by either UPS or FedEx ground service if you are within the 48 continuous States and the District of Columbia. International orders may also be sent by other carriers if more economical. Please call or check online if you need rate information. Shipping costs are based on both the size and weight of your package.
Return Policy: you may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date given on the invoice and clothes with your order. There is a 10% restocking fee for anything returned after 30 days.
